We have a p.d compressor which takes suction from crude tower reflux receiver the gas composition is c3. c2 c1 little contents of c 4 and c5 but the excessive quantity is h2s gas. K.O vessel collect the liquid (gasoline ) which is sour. How we can save and use this gasoline after removing h2s from it? Any method for separating h2s from gasoline?

Sorry, I thought you wrote excessive H2. But, my answer is the same. The H2S will be in the absorber off gas and be treated for sulfur removal as part of fuel gas.

You might be having Hydrotreating/hydrodesulferization unit for gasoline, these are the units where gasoline is made sweet. KO drum bottom (gasoline) you can directly process in hydrotreater.

A refinery with, say, 5 hydroprocessing units would have a central gas plant with 5 or 6 feed streams, some gas and some liquid. Your compressor discharge K.O. drum products would be two of those feed streams. The hydrogen would exit the gas plant in the sponge absorber off gas and go to the fuel gas system. The gasoline components in your compressor discharge would exit the gas plant as part of the naphtha product and go to the catalytic reformer pretreater.
