It is planned to replace the inlet system of the Reformer in a Hydrogen Generation unit with upgraded metallurgy from SS 304 to SS 347. This upgradation is warranted due to an increase in inlet temperature of the Reformer feed (Prereformer is being introduced as a part of a revamp).
We would like to know if anyone has carried out such modification in your hydrogen generation unit.
